Well done to Andreas Christodoulou, who is now our local political assistant. He will be working with the local Liberal Democrats to help them manage the council and the town, planning ahead for the next three years in power.

Talking about the job, Andreas said: "It's great to be working with the Local Lib Dems in this role. This will be a fantastic opportunity to help out and learn in my role, and hopefully, be a part of planning for our town's future. I'm extremely grateful to the local group for giving me this role to play."

Andreas is just taking up the post temporarily until his return to Bath University, where he is studying for a Masters of Mathematics at the end of September. We wish him the best of luck, and it just goes to show that becoming politically active has its advantages!
